The Division racing will use individual rider formats with final standings having points allocated along the lines of the BY&JL Grand Prix ie. 25, 20, 18, 16, 14, 13, 12, 11, 9, 8, 7, 6, 4, 3, 2, 1.
An additional 5pts will be given to every rider who races.
Any race point draws will require a run-off to decide standing for Division points.

Saturday saw the emergence of a new batch of Welsh junior riders from East-newport, Newport, Birmingham and Horspath clubs. England fielded a very strong junior team that revealed Pete Barnes, the experienced and highly competitive, English team manager was not going to take Wales for granted.
